Usually, we have fantastic service. The three stars is due to all the changes Corporate Outback has made. The portion sizes are much smaller. For example, the cost of Cheese Fries have gone up significantly but the portion is much smaller. The steaks are thinner and they no longer use butter. We have really moved Outback down on our list of choices when it used to be on the top.June 10, 2016
